Is it a real street address?
Yes. Your address is the store's street address with your own box number. It's a real address that accepts mail and packages from every carrier.
Why do I need to show ID?
USPS requires anyone receiving mail at a mail receiving store to complete PS Form 1583 and show two forms of ID. The store helps you do it in person or on a live video call.
Can I get my own fax number?
Yes. Send and receive faxes from your phone through the Mail Yours app.
